Obituary: Schlosser, Arlene

SCHLOSSER, Arlene Arlene was born in Emmaus, PA, February 13, 1917, as the last of twelve children.

She married young and had two sons and a daughter with her first husband, Joseph: Joe (wife Varina), Jeanne (husband Carl), grandsons: Carl and Glenn (wife Heather) and Michael, who died at 19 years old.

She was married to her second husband, Henry and had one more daughter, Susan (husband Ed).

She worked various textile mills, and was very active in her church.

In 1982, she retired and moved to Spokane, WA, where she enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening and living in her own home.

She had many hobbies, including crocheting with fine thread, hand quilting, sewing, reading and music.

She entered many items in the Spokane Interstate Fair and won many ribbons.

Arlene was well-loved by family and friends alike and will be greatly missed, but all of us know she is now healthy and happy, reunited with Michael.
