Jeremy and his twin sister Isabella were born on September 18, 1996 in Spokane.
Jeremy is survived by a large loving family including parents Jeremy McSpadden Sr. and Jessica (Hood) Millspaugh and Nathan Millspaugh.
Jeremy’s siblings include: brothers Thai Hood, Blake McSpadden, William Millspaugh and sisters: Isabella McSpadden and Wyntir Millspaugh, all of Spokane.
He also leaves grandparents Judy Kaddoura, Maria Logsdon, Tim McSpadden, Debbie Millspaugh, and great-grandmother Christine Elwell.
He has numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jeremy was preceded into death by grandparents Lee Elwell and James Raskell.
Jeremy was currently enrolled as a senior at West Valley High School where he was taking several honors classes and enjoyed playing sports.
He had a passion for psychology and intended to pursue his education in this field.
Jeremy was also working at both McDonalds and the Incredible Corn Maze.
Jeremy grew up playing hockey, football, basketball, and baseball.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and playing video games.
He was an avid Star Wars fan and with his father Jeremy Sr., collected memorabilia from the movies.
