Neither team scored in the third quarter, but the Wolf Pack were able to get in the WSU red zone early in the second. Nevada went for it on fourth down and it was too close to call, but the review went with the home team and Nevada scored a touchdown on the following play.

Difference Maker: Nevada quarterback Cody Fajardo only passed for 110 yards but he hit the century mark on the button in the rushing game, including a 55-yard run up the gut against a WSU defense that had been successful against the run.
