Attorney didn’t file dog bite claim with city
Attorney Jeffry Finer did not file a claim with the city of Spokane on behalf of a client after the woman was bitten by a police dog, so the city did not fail to respond to a claim about the incident. That information was wrong in a story on page A5 Tuesday, due to incorrect information provided to the newspaper.
