Prosecutor misidentified
Spokane County Deputy Prosecutor Kyle Treece said in court Friday that there is “reason to believe” Pasco law enforcement may have leaked information to former officer Richard Aguirre. The wrong prosecutor’s name was listed in a story Monday due to an editor’s error.
