Obituary: Lautenschlager, Renata R.

Age 78

LAUTENSCHLAGER, Renata R. Long time Endicott resident, passed away March 2, 2015 in Spokane.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 7th at 10:30 am in the Endicott Congregational (Bible) Church with burial to follow in the Endicott Cemetery.

Renata was born August 15, 1936 in Kiel, Germany to William and Elfrieda (Meyer) Bielitzer.

She grew up in the Hillsboro, Oregon area and graduated from high school there.

Renata married Elmer Philip Lautenschlager in Hillsboro July 6, 1957.

They moved to their ranch near Endicott later that year and worked the ranch together for many years.

She kept busy as a homemaker and mother.

Elmer passed away in 1991.

Renata is survived by four children; Loretta (Keith) Paulson of Colfax, Carol (Ron) Newton of Ritzville, Carl (Jodi) Lautenschlager and Scott Lautenschlager both of Endicott; eight grandchildren, Lindy (Zach) Rebro, Colleen Paulson, Kelly (Kyle) Hill, Marie (Brandon) Borth, Philip (Shaylee) Newton, and Cody, Lucy and Katy Lautenschlager; five great-grandchildren; and by her brother, Wilfried (Birgit) Bielitzer in Santa Ynez, CA.

Memorial gifts in her memory are suggested to the Endicott Congregational (Bible) Church or the Endicott Cemetery.
