KINCAID, Bruce Clifton (Age 67) Bruce Clifton Kincaid passed away on October 2, 2015, after facing severe health issues with courage and strength.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ellenore.

Bruce is survived by his father Philip Kincaid and siblings Jeff Kincaid, Becky (Kincaid) Keck, and Tim Kincaid.

Bruce was born in Spokane on June 21, 1948, as the first born of Ellenore and Philip Kincaid.

He was a 1966 graduate of West Valley High School where he enjoyed singing in the school choir.

After graduation he served in the Army from 1969 to 1970 and spent one tour of duty in Viet Nam as an E4 Specialist 4 in an Artillery Battalion.

After his stint in the Army, Bruce attended automotive school at Spokane Community College.

He had various jobs throughout his life.

One of his jobs was working as a civilian firefighter for the Yakima Firing Range.

After four years in Yakima he returned to Spokane to become an automobile mechanic with his brother Jeff at the family owned Kincaid Automotive.

In 1985 he left Kincaid Automotive and opened the Auto Specialty Center which installed and repaired air conditioning and cruise control systems.

He retired in 2005 due to physical disabilities.

Bruce was a bright light throughout his life and was a hero to us all for the way he faced all of his adversities.

He had a big heart, was easy to like, and was very loyal to his friends and family.

Bruce had time for everyone.

He liked to talk and always had many stories to tell.

Bruce was a huge WSU Cougar fan and collector of Star Trek memorabilia.

Near the end of his life, Bruce confessed his belief in Jesus Christ.

So, we can rest assured that he is now without pain and in the presence of God.
