Passed away Friday, April 1, 2016.

Debi was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Debi touched many lives with her passion in CNA work.

Debi was a huge 49ers fan, enjoyed watching baseball and spending time with her family (especially her grand-children).Debi will be greatly missed.

Debi is survived by her husband James LaFay; daughters: Denese and Tami; sons: Michael, Bill, and Jamie; brothers: John, Pat, and Bobby; sisters: Donna and Dianna; grandchildren (18); great-grandchildren (four) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial services will be held April 23rd., at 2pm, at Timberview Church, 15511N.
