Northwest Orthopaedic hires CEO

Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists has hired a new chief executive.

John Braun most recently worked for the surgery division of Revere Health, in Provo, Utah, where he led a group of 40 surgeons and 250 staff members.

At Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists, Braun will lead a staff of about 200. He has an MBA and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Northwest Orthopaedic specializes in bone, joint and muscle issues, including sports medicine, joint replacement, pain management and fracture care.

Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists formed from the merger of two practices in 2001. The business has had a presence in Spokane since the 1950s.
