Vandals’ Kaizer Gillispie named Big Sky’s male track athlete of week

Idaho Vandals sophomnore Kaizer Gillispie was named the Big Sky Conference Male Track Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Monday.

Gillispie won the 400-meter dash at a meet in Spokane in a career-best 47.83 seconds. It is the second fastest time in the conference this season. He also ran a leg in the Vandals’ winning 4x100 relay.
