For 22 years, the Browne’s Addition Neighborhood Council has sponsored a summer’s worth of music, every Thursday in July and August at the gazebo in Coeur d’Alene Park.

This summer is no different, with the 22nd annual Browne’s Addition Concert Series kicking off July 5 with the Willows, a Peter, Paul and Mary tribute group.

Spokane’s Tango Volcado performs July 12, and the Maxie Ray Mills Band, which plays “everything from Hank to Hendrix,” takes the gazebo stage July 19.

On July 26, bluegrass band Jackie Fox and the Hounds will perform, followed by returning favorites Chris and Jay on Aug. 2.

Classic rock act Flight Risk takes the stage on Aug. 9, and the Sara Brown Duo, an R&B pair, will perform Aug. 16.

Sidetrack, a sextet that plays a variety of popular music, will close the series on Aug. 23.

Concerts are held from 6 to 8 p.m. Concerts are free but donations will be collected at intermission to help offset expenses.
