Police arrest suspect in connection with Cheney Zip’s shooting

Police arrested a suspect Monday in connection with the Oct. 27 shooting at a Zip’s Drive-In in Cheney that left three injured.

The suspect, according to news outlet KREM, is Thaishaun Jamar Hunter, 29, who was booked into Spokane County Jail and is facing charges of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm and escape from community custody.

His bond is set at $50,000.
