Avista hosts Energy Fair in Colville

Area residents can learn energy-saving tips and ways to help manage their home energy bill at the free Avista Energy Fair on Wednesday.

The event will be 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Kalispel Hall at Spokane Community College, Colville Center, 985 S. Elm St.

The fair will include demonstrations of how to utilize energy-saving materials to help keep homes warm in winter. In addition, Avista employees will be available to share information about bill assistance, weatherization and payment options. Community organizations will also be present to answer questions and provide helpful information about programs and services they provide.
