Phone system glitches are nothing new in the state Senate, but the latest one has a new twist: Lawmakers are accidentally dialing 911. The problem is that lawmakers are dialing extensions that start with 1-1, but some are accustomed to first dialing "9" to make a call. "You don't need to dial 9," Davis noted.
