James Bond: I see Risch signed an executive order requiring lobbyists to report expenses while lobbying governor's staffers. Wow. Imagine all the bar tabs we'll be seeing soon. Either that, or the downtown Boise bars will lose a lot of business. Lobbyists routinely drop 100s of dollars several nights a week on drinking at Boise bars during the legislative session, and even other times, but they've never been required to report anything when they've had executive or judicial branch staffers with them. It's about time. It should be made permanent. Lots of policy and skullduggery goes on at those late-night drink fests.
