Did She Really Say That?

In one of the lighter moments since the Larry Craig airport bathroom flap broke, CNN reporter Dana Bash was on the air a few minutes ago, running down the list of potential replacements -- should Craig resign. This, according to Opinion Editor Doug Floyd. First, he mentioned Lt. Gov. Jim Risch, pointing out that he'd served as governor. Then, she raised the name of Rep. Mike Simpson, noting that he was a current Idaho representative. She didn't say anything about Bill Sali and mentioned Secretary of Interior Dirk Kempthorne, a former U.S. senator, fourth. So who was third (w/a CNN photo included)? Another Idaho "Republican" -- Larry LaRocco. Seriously. On the East Coast, of course, Democrat LaRocco would be conservative enough to be a Republican.

Update: CNN hasn't corrected its earlier error.
