More Info: University of Idaho President Tim White agrees with the recent firing of basketball coach George Pfeifer, is pushing hard to open a second law school in Boise and doesn't think a proposed medical school at Idaho State is a good idea. White, in an interview with The Associated Press on Wednesday, said a successful sports program is key to the image of his Moscow, Idaho-based school. "You bet it matters," said White, a former college water polo coach.
Question: Is UIdaho President Tim White right? Will winning sports teams at the Moscow campus turn around the image of the college, which was tarnished by the Univerity Place scandal?
