Sis: Idaho D Blogos Adds Balance

Considering Alaska has fewer people than Idaho it has an impressive array of blogging talent on the political front who rose above and beyond the call of duty to deliver the information necessary to vet a political unknown on the national stage in a short amount of time. Considering Idaho has one of the most dismal records on open government, and with the apparent demise of journalism as a salaried profession free from the taint of the profit motive, oversight through citizen journalists becomes more vital for the defense of democracy in the Gem State. Contrary to the predictions of lil' Adam, Idaho's liberal blogosphere has increased, not tanked, after the election of Obama. Our work here is far from over and we oughta be ready lest we allow another Idahoan to embarrass us/Sisyphus, 43rd State Blues. More here.

Question: Do you agree with regular HBO commenter Sisyphus that Idaho's Demo blogosphere makes a difference in media coverage of Idaho politics?
