Coeur d’Alene man will serve at least 12 years in prison after being convicted of lewd conduct with a minor under 16. Travis N. Turnboo, 21, was convicted on three counts, and Kootenai County 1st District Judge Charles Hosak sentenced him to 50 years in prison Monday with eligibility for parole after 12 years, according to the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office.
