Brannon Speaks, Trial Date Vacated

In stories re: Jim Brannon's Election Lawsuit Without End Amen, the Coeur d'Alene Press serves a purpose in providing Brannon statements re: the latest activity. Today, the Press has a story re: Judge Simpson's decision to reduce Brannon's bond (which was mentioned here yesterday). It quotes Brannon as saying: "My intention is to bring this to trial so the people can see the results of the election. We didn't take this lightly from the beginning, and we're not taking it lightly now." Also, the Press mentions something that I didn't have yesterday -- that Simpson vacated the April 13 trial date due to several pending motions.

Question: How much do you think it has cost Councilman Mike Kennedy to defend himself against Brannon's lawsuit so far? Just guesstimate? Mike, are you out there?
