A major Spokane Arena concert will be announced first thing Friday morning. Nope, I don't know what it is. Everyone is keeping mum. The only hint: It will apparently be a Live Nation show, which implies it will be a concert and not a monster truck rally or dinosaur extravaganza. The only other hint?
