I received this note from City Administrator Wendy Gabriel moments ago: "This morning, Steve Adams, Coeur d’Alene City Council Candidate, said in a Pachyderm meeting held at Jonsey’s that he requested to attend my individual department head meetings regarding the 2011-12 budget.
