Poll: Ysursa/Wasden Know Best

  • Weekend Poll: Overwhelmingly, Hucks Nation has faith in the interpretation of the Idaho Code re: recall deadlines provided by Attorney General Lawrence Wasden and Secretary of State Ben Ysursa. Who have confirmed that City Attorney Susan Weathers is correct when she said that the signatures for the recall attempt had to be submitted and verified by the county clerk's office within 75 days (June 19 deadline). 119 of 185 respondents (64.32%) trust the deadline interpretation of Wasden & Ysursa most. Another 30 of 185 respondents (16.2%) trust Weathers/City Attorney Mike Gridley most. Only 36 of 185 (19.46%) trust the interpretation of County Clerk Cliff Hayes/Prosecutor Barry McHugh, who are suing the city to establish recall dates, most.
