2:07 p.m. Post Falls mother calls back to say missing children found at neighbor's house.
2:03 p.m. Post Falls mother reports 2 children, ages 8 & 3, have been missing for 30 minutes. A neighbor told the mother that she saw driver of black pickup acting suspiciously earlier.

12:39 p.m. Idaho Transportation Dept worker reports male in blue pickup w/Oregon plates tailgated him on I-90 in Post Falls area & then flipped him off when he passed.
