Poll: Govt Change Won’t Get 40%

  • Thursday Poll: A solid majority of Hucks Nation sez the proposed county government change on Tuesday's general election ballot won't attract 40% of the vote. In fact, 34 of 97 respondents (35.05%) say the measure will attract less than 30% of the vote, while 27 of 97 respondents (22.84%) say it'll win 30% to 40% of the vote. On the other end, 8 respondents (8.25%) say the ballot issue will win more than 55% oof the vote, and 12 (12.37%) say it'll get between 50-55%. Of the rest, 10 (10.31%) say it'll get 40-45% and 6 (6.19%) between 45-50%.
