11:18 a.m. CdAPD news release: "Christopher J. Bennett, 20, of Rathdrum, was arrested today as he exited Kootenai Medical Center. Bennett was arrested on outstanding warrants involving  aggravated battery and possession of a stolen vehicle re: incident at 4th & Montana/CdA on Tuesday.

  • 9:52 a.m. Male wanted on warrant about to be released from Kootenai Behavioral Health.
  • 9:14 a.m. Occupied white van has crashed into median of s/b H95/Prairie, CdA.
  • 8:55 a.m. Trucker says 2 road ragers in silver van brake-checking him on w/b I-90, west of CdA.
  • 8:52 a.m. Officer wants info on animal that "put down" in 1500 block of Woodland/Dalton Gardens.
  • 8:44 a.m. Firefighter declares fire at 8540 Nebraska/Rathdrum "knocked down."
  • 8:26 a.m. Firefighters responding to structure fire at 8540 Nebraska/Rathdrum. (Update: firefighters are trying to save a vehicle and other items by moving them out of the way.)
