A Berry Picker dropped this mass mailing from Frank Orzell's Reclaim Coeur d'Alene off at Huckleberries HQ moments ago. Last week, Orzell, a leader in the failed RecallCDA effort, launched his new organization, Reclaim Coeur d'Alene. The RecallCDA group narrowly failed in its 2012 attempt to force Mayor Sandi Bloem and council members Mike Kennedy, Deanna Goodlander and Woody McEvers to face a recall election.
