Urinal Dialogues

In The Slice blog, Paul Turner discusses an encounter with a Spokane booster that he saw in the men's room at the Crosby Theater during the Spokane Trivia Championships Thursday: "He was someone I had not met before but I was sure I recognized him. He has done some good things in our community and I wanted to congratulate him. So while he was otherwise engaged with his back to me, I passed along a few attaboys. I think he nodded. He didn't seem blown away by my praise, but neither did he appear to be annoyed to be addressed while relieving himself." Paul goes on to say that he exited the bathroom only to return to lavish more praise on the individual. Long and short? The guy at the urinal wasn't the person Paul had in mind. More here.

Question: Are you uncomfortable when someone talks to you in a public restroom?
