Horse Race Machines Spark Debate 

The Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office has asked the Post Falls Police Department to investigate the Greyhound Park’s "instant race" machines to help resolve the question of legality. Idaho Indian tribes contend the machines violate the state Constitution.
