The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation into the vehicle crash and subsequent death of the vehicle’s passenger near Fernan Lake early Monday morning. The driver of has been identified as Dylan J. Martz, 22, Coeur d’Alene. The dead passenger has been identified as Andrew C. Riggs-Wiedmaier, 22, of Coeur d’Alene.  Autopsy and toxicology results may take several weeks.
