Help Lake City win $250K health grant

Deputy City Administrator Sam Taylor tells readers how they can help Coeur d'Alene win a $250,000 Blue Cross of Idaho High Five Community Transformation Grant:

"The City of Coeur d’Alene is one of seven finalists for a Blue Cross of Idaho High Five Community Transformation Grant. We could win up to $250,000 in funding to help build programs to make Coeur d’Alene a healthier place to live, particularly for our children.

We know that childhood obesity is a huge epidemic and the City, CDA 2030, the Coeur d’Alene School District, the Inland Northwest Food Network, the Kroc Center, Kootenai Health and many more are partnering to build a program that will transform the way we support our children.

This is a huge deal for us and we really would love people to click the link, watch our video, and vote: http://highfiveidaho.org/vote."

Question: Will you vote?
