2:37 p.m. Bicycle Accident -- 17YO boy reports he was run off road by vehicle, crashed into ditch @ H41/Spirit Lake Cut-Across Road, north of Spirit Lake. Male can't stand up and cars can't see him as he tries to flag them down.
2:06 p.m. Probation Violation -- Off-duty officer reports male at Post Falls Mini Mart may have violated his probation because he appears to be "tweaking."
