We're rapidly approaching "go time" for visitors and tourists. Most of us view Memorial Day as the beginning of the summer season, which means the tourists and visitors will move in. What's the difference between a visitor and a tourist. The visitor hails from Washington and knows his or her way around the downtown watering holes. The tourists stop you in City Park to ask directions to the boardwalk. This year, the visitors and tourists will come with a heavy dose of road construction. Then, we're facing winter again.
