Blowing the whistle blows his mind
Every couple of months, a sleep deprived Valley resident will beg the City Council to do "something" about trains that blow their horns 24-7 as they pass through Spokane Valley. It's a safety measure, of course, to alert cars and pedestrians to clear the tracks, but is it really necessary? Together with health and environmental reporter Becky Kramer, we took a look at and a listen to the whistles in the Valley.
