An Exotic Night in India

Chef Lesa leads the class in making four traditional Indian dishes. To start, learn to make Roti bread, then a coconut chicken curry over basmati rice. For the final dinner dish, Aloo Tikki; potato fritters served with coconut mint chutney. For dessert, traditional rose water yogurt with honey, pistachio and fruit.
