A Night in Vietnam
Chef Lesa leads the class in making three different Vietnamese dishes. First, is Pho Ga; a chicken pho with fresh herbs, rice noodles and chili crisps. Next, a lemongrass pork Banh Mi sandwich; a traditional street food with pickled veggies with sauce. The final dish is Vietnamese shrimp cakes with prawns, coconut and beans.
