Malaysian Night
Chef Lesa leads the class in making three traditional Malaysian dishes. First is a handmade curry for Laksa soup with coconut cream, prawns and spicy chili. Next dish is Merry Goreng, a fried rice noodle dish with chili-based sauce and veggies. The final dish is Popiah, a spring roll filled with pork and cabbage.
