Asian Soup Night Is Back
Chef Lesa leads the class in making three soups; Tom Yum soup, a sour and spicy with shrimp and mushrooms. The next soup is a Thai yellow coconut curry with squash, coconut cream and a yellow curry paste. The final dish is a Chinese noodle soup with bok choy and an umami broth.
