A Night in the Caribbean

Chef Lesa leads the class in making three traditional Caribbean dishes, starting with a jerk chicken and sauce. Followed with a Jamaican Bammy, a cassava bread made with coconut and then fried. The final dish is a confetti Caribbean rice with fresh pineapple.
