Vietnamese is Back
Chef Lesa leads the class in making three different Vietnamese dishes. First, is Pho Ga; a chicken pho with fresh herbs, rice noodles and chili crisps. The next dish is Vietnamese garlic chicken wings and finally Chao Tom. A shrimp stick with spices and sauce.
