All Things Southern
Chef Gabe leads the class in making three southern dishes, starting with a cornmeal fried catfish with a jalapeno sauce. Next is dirty rice and collard greens with potlikker and smoky ham hocks. The final dish is grits and red eye gravy and for dessert is bananas foster with pecan ice cream and creme chantilly.
