Buddha Bowls
Chef Lesa leads the class in making three Buddha bowls, the first is a seared salmon bowl with rice, vegetables and miso dressing. The next is a green goddess bowl with green vegetables, edamame and dressing. The final dish is a quinoa bowl with chickpea, chicken, vegetables and tahini dressing.
