Chef Lesa leads the class in making Mumbai Pav Baji, a vegetable dish with fresh peas, served with handmade naan bread. Next is baked Tandoori chicken, served with fragrant basmati rice. The last dish will be two different chutneys. a coconut cilantro jalapeño chutney and a traditional mango chutney.
