Mediterranean Night

Chef Lesa leads the class in making three Mediterranean dishes starting with a Greek cobb salad with a lemon tahini dressing. The next dish is a chicken souvlaki with lemon saffron rice, for dessert make a Loukamade, a Greek donut with honey syrup.
