Sushi Experience

A hands-on sushi experience that starts off with the tools and tricks of the trade. Dive into the origins of sushi including Sashimi, Nigiri, traditional rolls (Hosomaki) and specialty rolls (Uramaki). This is a lab style class, which means two people per station with everyone rolling and eating their own sushi.
