Hospice of North Idaho’s Advance Care Planning Conference
Learn from experts in the community about Advance Care Planning and receive support at each stage of the process from trained professionals throughout the community. You will learn why it is important and how to create a plan that will be meaningful to you and your loved ones. Learn to make decisions about the healthcare you want to receive in the event that you become unable to speak for yourself including Advance Directive, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare. Community Booths and Resources available throughout the conference. Two 90-minute sessions - noon and 4 p.m.
