The Backyard Classic 2017 Steak Throwdown
Teams or individuals prepare the two provided steaks on any cooker they choose and select one to presnet to the judges for tasting. They will be judged on appearance, taste and proper done-ness. Only the steaks will be judged, so don’t worry about a garnish. One hour is allotted for cooking. The Steak Throwdown benefits the Coeur d’Alene Backpack Program.
