Live at the Parkside Summer Concert Series.
Concerts take place in the shadow of the Parkside Condominiums at 6th and Sherman on Wednesdays from 5-8:30 p.m. Line-up is: July 12: The Stepbrothers featuring Peter Rivera, old school funk, blues, jazz and soul; July 19: Shakewell, seven-piece dance, funk, soul and rock; July 26: Eclectic Approach and Chiselfish, rock, hip-hop and funk; Aug. 2: Curtis Salgado, joyful blues soaked R&B; Aug. 9: Redeye Empire, reggae, rock, ska and dub; Aug 16: Soul Proprietor, nine-piece classic funk, soul and R&B.
