University of Idaho professor of ethnography and Distinguished Humanities professor will discuss his new book, “Carry Forth the Stories: An Ethnographer’s Journey into Native Oral Tradition” The seasoned anthropologist/ethnographer will offer personal and professional insights into the power and value of storytelling, and the importance of empathy gleaned from more than forty years of working successfully with indigenous peoples.
