NAMI Family-to-Family Classes
Sept. 6-Nov 22. If you have a family member or friend living with mental illness, you’re not alone! This 12-week education program will empower you with practical, up-to-date information and coping strategies. Classes are Wednesday evenings from 6:30-9 p.m. at Opportunity Presbyterian Church or Saturday mornings from 9:30 a.m.-noon at Sacred Heart Medical Center.
